Refund policy

At Shepherds Trail, we create unique, custom-made products just for you when you place an order. Because each item is produced on demand, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: If your order arrives damaged or if there's a manufacturing error with your product (e.g., incorrect print, major defect), we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

 

  • To report an issue: Please contact us at shepherds.trail.co@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Required Information: Include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and high-quality photos/videos clearly showing the damage or error.
  • No Return Needed: You do not need to send the damaged or defective item back to us.

2. Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Size Ordered / Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may be able to reship the item after verifying the address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Lost in Transit: If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with our production partner (Printify) and the shipping carrier to find a solution.

How to Initiate a Request: To report any issues covered by this policy, please email us at shepherds.trail.co@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days."
