Why the Bighorn Sheep?

Why the bighorn sheep? 

We felt it was the perfect blend of the two cultures we wanted to combine.

The mountain goat symbolizes hikers, explorers, the outdoorsy side.

While Christianity is represented by the lost sheep.        

At one time or another, We’ve all been a little lost.

At times we may innocently step off the trail like a playful lamb,

while other times we may purposefully push up the wrong side of mountains like a stubborn goat.

Either way, the good shepherd seeks after both,

He finds us right where we are, guides us at our own pace,

even carrying us at times, and celebrates our arrival home.
